It is a sustainable 3,700-square-foot, four-bedroom home on a coastal bluff in Truro, Massachusetts, designed by architect Marcus Springer of #overunder.co, built by A.F. Architectural & Design Highlights
Integration with Nature: Perched directly above the rugged dunes and seagrass of Cape Cod, the home is intentionally cantilevered and stepped across the hillside to embrace sweeping ocean vistas while adhering strictly to local environmental and sustainability regulations.
Panoramah! Glazing System: The residence features floor-to-ceiling, ultra-slim panoramah! minimalist glass and sliding window systems. These expansive glass walls virtually dissolve the boundaries between the indoors and outdoors, filling the living spaces with natural light and reflection while framing uninterrupted sunset views across the water.
Material Palette: The exterior uses vertical natural wood cladding (such as cedar/oak) that weathers gracefully in the coastal climate. The interior balances Scandinavian minimalism with soft plaster walls, textured stone, white oak, linen, and wool, creating a warm, protective feel against the elements.
Outdoor Connections: Generous cantilevered deck spaces, glass-railed upper roof terraces, and wooden stairs navigate the steep dune, linking the structure directly to the surrounding landscape.
