BlueStar Plus with Messmer’s
All properly installed decks – especially hardwood decks – should have a complete coating of deck finish. Machine coating is better, easier, and less costly than manual coating. Manual application, whether by sprayer, brush or roller, is labor intensive, time consuming, and almost always messy. It is difficult to achieve uniform coating and proper penetration by hand. It can also be challenging to avoid drip and brush marks and areas of excess “puddling.” And, it requires fair weather and a spacious workspace that is clean and dry.

Each piece is coated, pressed and brushed to proper penetration, then buffed to a uniform finish. After buffing, every board is hand-wiped, inspected, and moved directly to our fan-air drying area for quick and dust-free drying, assuring that no particulate matter is embedded in the finished piece.
