The most recent issue of Builder + Architect Magazine shines the spotlight on the origin story of A&A Building and Remodeling. From humble beginnings, Artak Sahakyan built A&A from the ground up beginning with just two people framing houses and turning it into the 40-employee installation and remodeling business that it is today. Art’s incredible work ethic, integrity and commitment to quality paved the way for A&A and SBS to work so well together. It was early on in A&A’s story that Chris Dias of SBS OneSource introduced Art to a product that offered new opportunities for installation–a product that A&A continues to work with regularly today. Through a few key referrals to custom builders so that A&A could begin to grow, Art and Chris developed a strong relationship that is still thriving today.
The partnership has grown so much so that A&A currently does 100% of the window and door service and installations for the 8 fenestration manufacturers whose products are sold by SBS OneSource. That number represents 37% of the window service done by A&A. SBS OneSource is also responsible for up to 40% of the referrals for window and door installation projects as well as up to 70% of the framing projects done by A&A. At SBS, we highly value our relationship with Artak and the rest of the team at A&A and we truly enjoy working together to coordinate their factory-authorized installations of the architectural windows and doors that we sell. A&A Building & Remodeling has gone above and beyond to earn their reputation as consistently reliable. They are always wiling to do what others can’t or won’t and their success is a direct result of that.
