In addition to the “Say Yes” mentality that Chris Dias has instilled as the company motto, the Architectural Window and Door Sales Division is also encouraged to “Be the Expert.” This allows for each member of the team to really get to know each product that they’re selling in-depth so that they can make the best recommendations for every architect, builder, or customer that they work with to best fit their needs. Our window and door sales team receive factory training from each of our product lines that we sell exclusively for all of Massachusetts– the Islands, the Cape, the Berkshires, Boston, North Shore, and South Shore. The products we sell and have showcased in our newly redesigned showroom represent six different countries: the United States, Canada, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany and Poland. As part of our training process, and depending upon travel restrictions, members of the sales team can visit these factories in person and really learn about the processes that go into making these specialized products. Other than hands-on experience, they receive virtual training and detailed information to become experts on each fenestration product. And for architects who are looking for credits, they can turn to SBS Architectural Window & Door Expert, Denny Giantomasi, who is certified to provide continuing education courses.
We’re also proud to say that our sales team has a combined 100+ years of experience and wealth of knowledge in the window and doors industry. Many of our sales people have been in the business for a number of years selling a variety of products.
